QUICKLOC® Quarter-turn fastener - Series 200

Panel A

(see grip range table)

Models with overhanging fastener upper part
(all head types except countersunk head)

punch/drill Ø 7,2 mm

for panel (A) thickness up to 3.5 mm lightly countersink or burred

for panel (A) thickness over 3.5 mm counterbore reverse side Ø 15.0 mm to accept retaining washer

Put in the fastener upper part and secure from the back with retaining washer.

Models with countersunk fastener upper part

punch/drill panel part Ø 6.5 mm

for panel (A) thickness up to 1.8 mm dimple it

for panel (A) thickness 1.8 - 3.2 mm countersink from above

for panel (A) above 3.2 mm additionally counterbore reverse side Ø 15.0 mm to accept retaining washer

Put in the fastener upper part and secure at rear with retaining washer.

Frame B

The receptacle to be attached at the frame align behind a through hole of Ø 12.5 mm, by riveting or screwing using two countersunk holes Ø 2.4 mm spaced 19 mm apart.

Exceptions:

a) side mounting
b) special fasteners
